Vita

From a young age I was interested in working with people. At the age of 15, I was already leading the children's training at my karate club and was also involved as a mental trainer for children in karate competitions for years. For a long time I was looking for the right professional orientation between high-performance sports and language studies. This led to jobs with contact with people such as customer service in a recording studio, flight attendant and, last but not least, horse communicator. While working with horses, I quickly discovered that it wasn't the horses but the owners that were the problem and I began successfully training body awareness and mental focus there. As a flight attendant, I learned to be there for people I encountered in extremely stressful states. I realized that my strength lay in creating a space that felt safe in a calm manner.

It was the connection between body, soul and spirit that I discovered very early on through karate training as the basis for good mental stability. Nevertheless, life put many obstacles in my way, which led me to intensively work on my topics in a variety of ways. The healing experience with holotropic breathwork was ultimately the deciding factor in pursuing professional training as a therapist. I learned a lot about my inner, organismic healing power and the fact that we basically have everything we need to heal within us if we receive the right support.

Through my training as a naturopath for psychotherapy at theGerman alternative practitioner school in Bonn (2016-2018) I got to know Gestalt therapy. In January 2017 I started on Eichgrund Institute for Integrative Gestalt Therapy I trained as a Gestalt therapist in Groß-Umstadt, including further training in Gestalt body psychotherapy (1.5 years) and Gestalt trauma therapy (1.5 years) and thus completed a total of six years of training in Gestalt therapy. I did my teaching therapy for Gestalt training with him from 2017-2019 Gestalt therapist Fritz Wagnerwith a focus on resonance as a therapeutic interventionI'm also in the Holotropes Breathwork (since 2014 with Grof Transpersonal Training and HA practitioner Sean Blackwell) and use essential aspects of this to use them for the therapeutic purposes I have developed.Self-effective breathing workto use a combination of breathing work and gestalt therapy.

I have been since the end of 2021lecturer at theGerman alternative practitioner school in Bonn and Cologne and teach theoretical and practical learning content to prepare for the HP-Psych exam. I have also been giving since 2022 Teaching therapy for participants as part of a Gestalt therapy training.
